What is the best type of oil to use in a Kia Ceed?

I am having trouble deciding on what type of oil to use in my Kia Ceed. Can anyone give me advice on which type is best and why?

I personally use synthetic oil in my Kia Ceed and have had great results. It helps keep my engine clean and running smoothly.

I would recommend using conventional oil. It's cheaper and still provides good engine protection.
