I recently purchased a Kia Stonic and I want to make sure that the oil level is correct. What is the proper way to check the engine oil level?
ReplyTo check the engine oil level in your Kia Stonic, first park the car on a level surface and wait for the engine to cool down. Then locate the dipstick, which is typically a brightly colored handle labeled 'Engine Oil'. Slowly pull out the dipstick and wipe off any oil on it with a clean cloth. Then put the dipstick back in the tube and pull it out again. The oil level should be between the 'Min' and 'Max' marks. If it is below the 'Min' mark, you should add more oil.
