One possible cause could be a faulty starter motor. It is responsible for cranking the engine and if it is malfunctioning, the engine won't start. It is advisable to take your car to a mechanic and get it checked and replaced if necessary.

Another reason could be a weak or dead battery. Check the battery terminals for any corrosion and make sure they are tightly connected. If the battery is old, consider replacing it with a new one.

A clogged fuel filter can also prevent the engine from starting. If it hasn't been changed in a while, it may be restricting the flow of fuel. Get it replaced and see if it solves the issue.

Sometimes, a faulty ignition coil can also be the culprit. It is responsible for providing electricity to the spark plugs and if it is faulty, the engine won't start. Get it checked and replaced if needed.
