Why does my Kia Stonic's engine make a rattling noise?

I have noticed that whenever I start my Kia Stonic, the engine makes a rattling noise for a few seconds before stopping. Is this something I should be worried about or is it normal? Any ways to prevent it from happening?

This could be caused by a number of factors. One possibility is that there is an issue with the engine oil or oil filter. It's important to have these checked regularly and replaced if necessary.

Another possible cause could be a loose or worn-out belt in the engine. This can lead to rattling noises when the engine is running. It's best to have a mechanic inspect and replace the belt if needed.

It's also possible that the rattling noise is coming from a loose or damaged component in the engine, such as a pulley. Again, it's best to have a professional diagnose and fix the issue to prevent any further damage.
