I've noticed that when I press down on the gas pedal in my Kia Rio, the car starts to shake and vibrate. This only happens when I am accelerating, not when I am cruising. What could be causing this issue?
ReplyThis could be due to worn out engine mounts. When the engine mounts are worn, the engine can move around more than it should, causing the shaking you feel.
Another possible cause could be dirty fuel injectors. Over time, dirt and debris can build up in the fuel injectors, causing them to become clogged. This can disrupt the flow of fuel and cause the car to shake.
It is also possible that you have a problem with your ignition system. If the spark plugs or ignition coils are failing, it can cause the engine to misfire and create a shaking sensation.
