It is possible that your engine bearings are worn out and need to be replaced. I recommend taking your Kia Ceed to a trusted mechanic as soon as possible to get it diagnosed and repaired.

Another possible cause could be a loose or damaged exhaust system. Check for any loose or broken pipes and if you find any, get them repaired or replaced.

Make sure to also check your air filter and replace it if it is dirty or clogged. A dirty air filter can cause strange noises and affect the performance of your engine.
