What is the best engine for the Kia Ceed?

I am looking to buy a Kia Ceed and I am unsure which engine option would be the best for me. Can you provide any insights on which engine would be most reliable, fuel efficient and offer good performance?

Based on my experience, the 1.4 litre petrol engine is a great option for everyday use. It offers good fuel efficiency and adequate power for city driving.
