What are the best tires for a Kia Niro 2019?

I just bought a Kia Niro 2019 and I am not satisfied with the tires that came with it. They don't seem to have good traction and I am worried about driving in winter conditions. Can anyone recommend the best tires for my Kia Niro 2019?
