How to troubleshoot a stalled engine in a Kia Picanto?

I have a Kia Picanto and my engine keeps stalling while driving. I've checked the fuel system and it seems to be fine. What could be causing this issue and how can I fix it?

There are a few common reasons why your engine may be stalling. One possibility is a faulty idle air control valve. Another could be a clogged fuel filter. I suggest checking both of these components and replacing if necessary.

It's also possible that the issue is with your ignition system. Check for any loose or damaged spark plug wires and replace them if needed. Additionally, a faulty ignition coil or module could be the culprit. Have these components tested at a mechanic if you're unsure.

If you have recently changed the battery in your Kia Picanto, make sure that you properly reconnect all of the wiring. Loose or incorrect connections can cause stalling issues. Double check and tighten all battery connections.
