How can I check the engine oil level in my Kia Picanto?

I recently bought a used Kia Picanto and I want to make sure that the engine oil level is at the correct level. Can you please provide me with some tips on how to check the engine oil level in my vehicle?

To check the engine oil level in your Kia Picanto, first park the car on a level surface and make sure the engine is turned off.

Next, locate the engine oil dipstick which is usually labeled with a picture of an oil can.

Remove the dipstick and wipe it clean with a cloth or paper towel.

Reinsert the dipstick all the way back in and then pull it back out to check the oil level.
